To get a comprehensive understanding of Brand Centre and its range of possibilities, we recommend reading these articles in the following order: Settings, Products, Orders, Linked Accounts, and Order Routing. |
Overview
Brand Centre is an on-demand print solution for brands, that allows them to route orders to one or more PSPs through Site Flow's global network, based on their location and capacity.
With Brand Centre, brands can accelerate the time-consuming process of configuring and sending products for order submission within the Site Flow network, and get detailed analytics.
This article describes the sections in the Settings tab, where a company configures its details, user permissions, and how Brand Centre manages the transmission of order data with PSPs.
TABLE OF CONTENTS
Company information
In the Company section, you will find all the basic settings related to how your company's details appear, and how Site Flow displays and manages order-related data to users, PSPs, and in labels and other documents.
Settings section
- Profile: Enter your company’s details: name, address, phone number and email address.
- System: Set your company’s time zone and preferred date format, weight and dimensions units, and currency.
- Shipping Documentation: If enabled, this option generates a Shipping Document when a designated PSP marks an order as Shipped. This document is included in the Shipment postback and can also be sent to end customers.
When the box is checked, four drop-down selectors allow to select the Shipping Document’s template, PDF Format, Orientation, and Scale.
Users
The Users section (See #1) shows a list of the company's Brand Centre users and their roles (See #2).
There are two types of users, which can be created and managed by Admins:
- Users, who can only view the Orders and Analytics tabs.
- Admins, who can invite and manage other user accounts and the company’s settings.
Inviting a new user
To create users, click on the “Invite User” button on the top-right corner of the screen (See #3 above).
The window below will appear. Enter the email address the invitation will be sent to, and select the user role.
The invitation’s recipient will receive an email with an “Accept Invitation” button to create a password and access Brand Centre.
Once a user is created, it appears on the users list.
Admins can change a user's role by selecting "Change Role", or Remove it from the "Actions" dropdown (See #4).
My details
Users can reset their password and generate a new Token or Secret from here.
The token identifies the access key ID used to log the signature and, indirectly, the user and account making the request.

Linked Accounts
Brand Centre connects Brands with Print Service Providers (PSPs) to simplify and automate their workflow.
By linking accounts, orders can be automatically sent to one or more PSPs using Site Flow.
Invitation is bidirectional, meaning that you as a Brand:
- Can invite a PSP to receive your orders.
- Can be invited to by a PSP who uses Site Flow to accelerate your order production.

Templates
Templates are a piece of coded text that can be automatically filled with the order’s information to generate Shipping Documents. As shown below, the Templates section shows a list of all the existing templates.
To create a template, click the “Add Template” button on the top-right corner (See #5).
Three boxes will appear.
- Box 1 allows to enter specific syntax and rules in HTML, XML, SVG, JSON, and ZLP languages, to structure and represent document structure, graphic description, and programming devices across applications (See #6).
- Box 2 allows to test the code provided (See #7).
- Box 3 shows a preview of the resulting template (See #8).

- Shipment Shipped
- Shipment Updated
- Order Cancelled
- Order Errored
