Overview 

The Sent to Press Log is a list of the 10 most recent Site Flow jobs of the current source account. The jobs are displayed in a table where each job is listed along with its color-coded status. A job can be a print job, ZPL label, greensheet, infotech, or attachment. This log includes details such as the content Url, content type, and the associated device.

Send to Press Log


There are two ways to access the Send to Press Log page:


  1. Production Section

    Click the PRODUCTION tab (see #1) and open TOOLS > Send To Press Log (see #2)

  2. Setup Section

    Click the SETUP tab (see #1) and open SYSTEM > Local Agents (see #2).



    Then click Press Log located in the top-right corner of the window.




A list of the last 10 print jobs appears, listed from newest to oldest.
Each Job contains the following metadata: Status, Service, Content URL, Content Type, Job ID, the associated Device, and Date Created.

Each Job is color-coded to indicate its status:

  • Red: Error
  • Orange: Pending
  • Grey: Complete



Click on a Pending or Complete Job to expand and view additional device info: Device Type, Job, and Endpoint.


Click on an Error Job to expand and view additional device info: Device Type, Job, and Endpoint as well as view the error details.



Click View to the Job's content whether a greensheet, ZPL label, attachment, ... etc.

Create New Job


Click New Job to create a Print or Press Job.



The Create New Job window appears.




Create Print Job


Select the Printer Job Type tab (see #3) and choose your desired Printer (see #4).



Select the Job's Content Type from the drop-down menu.



The Url field auto-populates the destination URL when you run a test job, but you may put in any address of your choosing. 


After you finish defining the above fields, click Create to create the print job or Cancel to discard all changes.

Create Press Job


Select the Press Job Type tab (see #3) and choose your desired Device from the drop-down menu (see #4).


Select the Job's Content Type from the drop-down menu.



The Url field auto-populates the destination URL when you run a test job, but you may put in any address of your choosing. 


After you finish defining the above fields, click Create to create the press job or Cancel to discard all changes.
