The Order Management section includes order routing feature and the submission errors. Order routing allows orders to be directed to the various PSPs. Each rule set contains a specific Order Routing Submission URL endpoint, which is used in the Order JSON. The order is sent to Piazza via this URL and then adjusted based on the rules described before it is routed to the correct PSP Site Flow account. As orders flow into HP Piazza, the rules determine where each order is routed to for PSP production.
To view rule sets for orders, select the View Order Routing option in the Order Management section of the left-side navigation pane. The list displays the following columns:
- Name
- Last Updated
- Token
Rule Sets Page Navigation
- Click the Add Rules Set button to add a new rule set to the list.
- The user can scroll from top to bottom to navigate the list and use the page numbers, Previous and Next arrow buttons, First Page and Last Page arrow buttons, and customize the number seen on a page.
To view submission errors, select the Viewing Submission Errors option in the Order Management section of the left-side navigation pane. The list displays the following columns:
- Resubmitted
- Timestamp
- Source
- Destination
- Error Message

- Filter the list by either the account's submission errors or the brand's using the drop-down menu at the top, right of the page.
- Refresh - Updates the list
- The user can scroll from top to bottom to navigate the list and use the page numbers, Previous and Next arrow buttons, First Page and Last Page arrow buttons, and customize the number seen on a page.
