Bulk uploads can be one of three statuses that alert the user of the upload's success or failure.
Complete - Required title metadata was successfully loaded and the assets were matched for the titles. The next step for each title is to go through Spec and Preflight validation checks. At this point, the title metadata can be reviewed by going to the “All” titles area and selecting the title to view and edit its details. If the metadata is accurate and the validations are successful, the title can be published and is ready to order.
Partial - Required title metadata was provided, but some of the titles did not contain the right information to allow linking them to the correct files. At this point, the import can be marked as complete so that the linking can be done manually or can be discarded so that the bulk upload can be retried with accurate data.
Errors - There were errors with the data and the errors need to be resolved so that accurate data can be re-uploaded. The errors should appear on the screen and will likely be due to things like missing title metadata values that are required. At this point, the errors can be downloaded so that the errors can be identified and fixed. Then the import can be discarded so that the bulk upload can be retried with accurate data.
