A catalogue is simply a collection or group of titles. Catalogues are restricted to specific account members who will need to be explicitly added to the catalogue. Catalogues must be pre-defined in order to be able to select the Catalogue ID when adding/editing a single title or Bulk Uploading titles via a .csv file.

The list of catalogues can be viewed by clicking the View Catalogues option in the Catalogues section of the left-side navigation pane. The list displays the Description column and the No. of Books column.

Clicking on a catalogue displays the Edit Catalogue page, which contains the following details:

  • Catalogue Name
  • Description 
  • Tags
  • Users
